Matthew Trone, Executive Director
Mr. Trone has completed transactions totaling over 21 million square feet for a combined value at over $1.3 billon. He is a double recipient of Cushman & Wakefield’s Zimmerman Award given to individuals displaying a strong work ethic, community involvement, teamwork and high character. Mr. Trone began his career with Cushman & Wakefield in 2008 and was awarded the Rookie of the Year.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Trone worked as a White House Intern for the office of Strategic Initiatives, under Karl Rove. He is an Eagle Scout and former board President for the Rocky Mountain Down Syndrome Association, which helps to assure inclusion and enhance independence of people with Down syndrome. Mr. Trone is also an avid bow hunter and practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Ryan Searle, Senior Director – Industrial Division
Since January of 2014, Ryan has been involved in numerous industrial and land transactions. He has represented local and institutional landlords in leasing large industrial parks. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ryan was a Vice President at NAI Partners in Houston, TX. While at NAI Partners, Ryan was focused on growing the industrial leasing platform and developing long term relationships with institutional owners and developers. Ryan works with Executive Managing Director Drew McManus and Senior Director Bryan Fry along with Senior Brokerage Specialist Specialist, Shannon McBroom, and Marketing and Business Specialist, Marianne Fischer.
Joey Trinkle, Director
Joey also competed on a scholarship as a Division II athlete in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, as Colorado Christian University’s starting Power Forward. Through his experience on and off the court, he has been trained to have a unique mental focus, attention to detail, and drive to go the extra mile. Joey’s competitive edge and drive to win is apparent after helping CCU win their first national title for the National Christian College Athletic Associate in 2015.
